Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's restaurants, bar, and room service to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of waitstaff, bartenders, and hosts to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B outlets.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budgetary targets.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to develop menus and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and maintain standards of service quality, food presentation, and ambiance.
  • Prepare staff schedules and supervise shift handovers to ensure adequate coverage and smooth transitions.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin or other local dialects is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards, food hygiene regulations, and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
