- Supervise daily F&B operations across all outlets to maintain quality standards and service excellence
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff through effective scheduling and performance management
- Manage inventory, cost control, and budget adherence to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement seasonal menus that align with guest preferences and market trends
- Enforce strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance)
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and event teams for seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in F&B operations within hospitality sector
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Basic understanding of menu engineering and beverage program development
