  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to foster team growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Food and Beverage Management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
