Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily Food and Beverage operations to ensure seamless service delivery across all cinema locations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and implement cost control measures to minimize waste.
- Develop and update menus regularly to reflect customer preferences and seasonal trends.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with theater management to align F&B operations with overall business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably within a retail or cinema setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and operational procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic accounting software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
