Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure seamless service delivery across all cinema locations.

  • Develop and update menus to align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards to ensure full compliance with regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Coordinate with theater operations to ensure smooth collaboration between F&B and front-of-house teams.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
