Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure seamless service delivery across all cinema locations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the F&B team to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
- Develop and update menus to align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards to ensure full compliance with regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Coordinate with theater operations to ensure smooth collaboration between F&B and front-of-house teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
- A passion for customer service and a positive attitude towards team collaboration.
- Relevant certification in hospitality management is preferred.
