Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu inquiries.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve cafe beverages and light food items according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in a food service, restaurant, or cafe environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally pleasing and approachable personality.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and adhere to cafe SOPs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
