Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, attentive table service.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in preparing dining setups and managing inventory replenishment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems with accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Food & Beverage is a plus.
- Proven experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or fast-paced service environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing world-class customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to remain active for the duration of the shift.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders.
