Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to resort standards
- Ensure dining areas maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation
- Process guest orders efficiently using POS systems
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries with professional courtesy
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous F&B service experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
