Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests while providing friendly, professional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
- Ensure tables are set according to hotel standards and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Handle POS systems and process payments with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in setting up breakfast buffets and organizing banquet functions as required.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times to ensure guest well-being.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced hotel environments.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and personal grooming standards.
