Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and seat guests while providing friendly, professional service throughout their dining experience.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
  • Ensure tables are set according to hotel standards and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.
  • Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
  • Handle POS systems and process payments with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in setting up breakfast buffets and organizing banquet functions as required.
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times to ensure guest well-being.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role or hospitality environment is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced hotel environments.
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and personal grooming standards.
