Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train staff, conducting regular performance reviews and scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and update menu offerings to keep pace with market trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate.
