Join Holiday Inn Farrer Park as our Food & Beverage Manager and lead exceptional dining experiences in one of Singapore's most vibrant neighborhoods. You will be responsible for managing daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and banquet services, ensuring consistency in food quality, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
As a key member of our management team, you will collaborate closely with the culinary team to develop innovative menus, manage inventory and cost control, and implement strategies that drive revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily F&B operations across all outlets including restaurant, bar, and banquet services
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality and compliance
- Manage and mentor the F&B team including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create appealing menus and maintain food quality standards
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting to achieve financial targets
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and safety protocols
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service during events and functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management within hotel or restaurant operations
- Proven track record in managing F&B operations with focus on quality and guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and budgeting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Knowledge of Singapore food safety regulations and hospitality industry standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
