Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative F&B service strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage operational budgets, including P&L oversight, labor costs, and inventory control.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule F&B staff to maintain high-performance levels.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef to design enticing menus and seasonal food/beverage promotions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate procurement terms to maintain high-quality supply chains.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service escalations with professional diplomacy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or luxury restaurant sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, liquor laws, and restaurant POS systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with stock management and cost-of-goods-sold analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
