Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement innovative F&B service strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Manage operational budgets, including P&L oversight, labor costs, and inventory control.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule F&B staff to maintain high-performance levels.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef to design enticing menus and seasonal food/beverage promotions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate procurement terms to maintain high-quality supply chains.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service escalations with professional diplomacy.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or luxury restaurant sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, liquor laws, and restaurant POS systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with stock management and cost-of-goods-sold analysis.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
