Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department to ensure high-quality service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of F&B staff, conducting regular training sessions, performance reviews, and shift briefings.
- Develop and implement menus and service strategies that align with Swissôtel brand standards and guest preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels, control food and beverage costs, and manage the departmental budget effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations across all outlets and events.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service during high-volume events and daily dining operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Proven track record in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for this role.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a deep understanding of Accor standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the dynamic nature of the new capital.
