Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute F&B strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction across all dining outlets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team of service staff and culinary professionals to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Oversee daily operational activities, including inventory management, cost control, and supply chain coordination.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP/Local standards).
- Monitor financial performance, analyze P&L reports, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to curate unique dining promotions and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain high levels of operational efficiency and equipment maintenance across all facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B management within hotels, resorts, or high-volume tourism destinations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing large teams.
- Deep understanding of food cost management, menu engineering, and profit/loss analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
