Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, buffet, bar, and banquet departments to ensure service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B revenue and manage departmental costs effectively.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to maintain high quality and cost-efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B staff to maintain high service standards and professional performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all food service areas.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Kitchen teams to plan and execute seamless banquet and event services.
- Analyze financial reports and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement in service and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a hotel F&B department.
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, cost control, and beverage management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume event logistics.
- Professional certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and proficiency in English.
