Are you a passionate hospitality leader looking to elevate the guest experience at one of Malaysia's premier beachfront destinations? Thistle Port Dickson Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our diverse culinary and beverage operations.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our dining services, ensuring that every meal served reflects the high standards of the Thistle brand. From managing our banquet halls to fine-tuning the service in our specialty restaurants and bars, you will lead a talented team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction while driving operational efficiency and revenue growth. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance creative menu planning with rigorous cost control, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the entire F&B service and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operational standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative promotional strategies to drive revenue across all F&B outlets.
  • Manage departmental budgets, including food and labor costs, to ensure optimal profitability without compromising quality.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all food preparation and service areas.
  • Oversee banquet and event operations, ensuring impeccable service for conferences, weddings, and private functions.
  • Coordinate with procurement to source high-quality ingredients while maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement actionable improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within a resort or hotel setting.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, and cost-control analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven track record of improving service quality and increasing F&B revenue.
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and POS systems.
