PT Pesonna Indonesia Jaya is looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Quality Assurance (FB QA) Specialist to oversee our operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring product quality, enforcing strict food safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness standards across our outlets. You will be responsible for implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conducting operational audits to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across all outlets.
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation and service areas.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve service quality and outlet performance.
- Train staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and service excellence.
- Review customer feedback regarding food and service quality and address concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update quality control policies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the Hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect minor issues that affect quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and guide staff effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various outlet locations as required.
