Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise the daily operations of the F&B service staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, managing VIP inquiries and special requests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment that aligns with Raffles brand standards.
  • Handle guest complaints or feedback immediately and escalate complex issues to the management team.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their service skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor inventory levels of service items and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar F&B supervisory role within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu knowledge and wine service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality certifications are preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
