Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily operations of the F&B service staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, managing VIP inquiries and special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment that aligns with Raffles brand standards.
- Handle guest complaints or feedback immediately and escalate complex issues to the management team.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their service skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels of service items and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar F&B supervisory role within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu knowledge and wine service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality certifications are preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
