Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service in all F&B outlets including Laager, The Outpost, KTV, RV, and Banquet facilities
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Present menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned areas and equipment
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces for functions and banquets
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
