Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service flow and high guest satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service staff, providing real-time guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen brigade to ensure synchronized timing and presentation of modern Chinese culinary offerings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Manage floor inventory, including beverage stocks and restaurant supplies, ensuring optimal readiness for service.
  • Enforce strict compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to upsell menu items and enhance the overall guest dining experience.
  • Prepare shift reports and participate in management briefings to align on service objectives and targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel F&B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of modern Chinese cuisine and fine dining service etiquette.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous).
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, guest-centric attitude and a passion for hospitality service excellence.
  • Diploma or certification in Hotel Management, F&B Service, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
