Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee the daily F&B operations to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and coordinate with procurement to minimize waste and optimize operational costs.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to exceed expectations.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation standards across all service areas to ensure compliance.
- Cross-train staff on menu knowledge, service protocols, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and management teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient service flow.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality and food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and handling guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light equipment.
- Valid Health Card is an advantage.
