Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and oversee the daily F&B operations to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels closely and coordinate with procurement to minimize waste and optimize operational costs.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to exceed expectations.
  • Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation standards across all service areas to ensure compliance.
  • Cross-train staff on menu knowledge, service protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and management teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient service flow.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality and food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and handling guest relations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light equipment.
  • Valid Health Card is an advantage.
