Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily F&B operations including restaurant, banquet, and lounge services.
- Lead, train, and mentor the service team to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Monitor and maintain quality control, including food presentation, hygiene standards, and service speed.
- Manage guest complaints professionally and proactively to ensure high guest satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate with the kitchen department to ensure efficient workflow and synchronization of orders.
- Assist management in developing strategies to increase F&B revenue and manage operational costs.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and monitor stock levels to minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory management, and F&B cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
