Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in accordance with established standards
- Prepare and present menu items with attention to presentation and quality
- Manage table assignments, order taking, and payment processing efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation of F&B supplies
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team performance goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage service or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for guest satisfaction
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
