Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry? Fraser and Neave (F&N), a leading powerhouse in the consumer goods sector, is seeking a motivated Food Business Professional (Sales Executive) to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam.

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth and market penetration within the Food Services sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring our products remain the preferred choice for F&B operators. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and business owners.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and tastings to demonstrate the value proposition of F&N products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to successful contract closure and account onboarding.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or Food Services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong understanding of the Shah Alam and Selangor F&B market landscape.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for travel within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for effective account management.
