As a crucial member of our operations team, you will oversee the holistic management of one of our high-traffic food courts. Your responsibilities will span from ensuring the pristine condition of the exterior façade to maintaining the strictest standards of internal hygiene, optimizing inventory control, and driving overall profitability and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the food court, ensuring smooth workflow and service excellence.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of service executives and outsourced staff to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Ensure strict compliance with NEA environmental sanitation regulations and company HACCP policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct monthly stock takes, and collaborate with procurement on cost optimization.
- Implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase tenant sales.
- Handle customer feedback effectively, ensuring high satisfaction and service recovery standards.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B operations management (food court experience is a strong plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of NEA hygiene standards and food safety regulations (WSQ Certified is highly preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work retail hours, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
- Singaporean, Singapore PR, or valid work pass holder.
