Are you a passionate leader with a flair for operational excellence? Yew Kee Group is looking for a dynamic Food Court Manager to oversee our vibrant F&B outlets in the East Region. As a key player in our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, upholding our high standards of service, and driving store performance to reach new heights.

In this role, you will lead a diverse team, manage inventory and costs, and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operations of the food court, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and train outlet staff, fostering a positive, high-performance team culture.
  • Monitor inventory levels, perform stock takes, and manage procurement to minimize waste.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain high service levels and brand reputation.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to drive business growth.
  • Maintain equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs as needed.
  • Ensure all cash handling and reconciliation procedures are executed accurately.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B operations, ideally within a food court or high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a frontline team.
  • Possess a valid Food Hygiene Officer certificate is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic POS systems.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of local food safety regulations and workplace safety standards.
