As a key player in our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, upholding our high standards of service, and driving store performance to reach new heights.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the food court, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Manage and train outlet staff, fostering a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock takes, and manage procurement to minimize waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain high service levels and brand reputation.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to drive business growth.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs as needed.
- Ensure all cash handling and reconciliation procedures are executed accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B operations, ideally within a food court or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a frontline team.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Officer certificate is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic POS systems.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of local food safety regulations and workplace safety standards.
