Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone regarding food delivery orders.
  • Resolve order issues, including delivery delays, missing items, and payment disputes with empathy and speed.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners and restaurant merchants to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and professional support.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously to log interactions and update order status.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the account.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or possess a high school diploma with relevant BPO experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple browser tabs and CRM tools efficiently.
  • Available to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive, 'people-first' attitude and a genuine desire to provide world-class service.
