Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and handling inquiries.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and processing digital payments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the kiosk, including equipment sanitation and waste management.
- Monitor and replenish inventory levels, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are stocked for daily operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and weekend rushes.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
- Must be able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
