Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process orders and handle cash payments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kiosk area and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to prevent service interruptions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B or retail industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
