Tanggung Jawab
- Operate food processing machinery and equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
- Ensure raw materials are processed and sorted efficiently to meet production targets.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet internal standards.
- Maintain high levels of workplace hygiene and cleanliness in the processing area.
- Pack, label, and prepare processed food items for storage or shipping.
- Monitor production output and report any mechanical issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is highly advantageous.
- Ability to commit to the Midnight Shift schedule (night work).
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long durations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices (HACCP certification is a plus).
- Punctual, reliable, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude.
