As a member of our production team, you will handle commercial-grade roasting and baking equipment, monitor production cycles, and contribute to the overall quality control of our product lines. Tanggung Jawab

  • Operate industrial roasting and baking equipment in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor temperature settings, cooking times, and ingredient proportions to ensure consistency in product quality.
  • Follow strict Food Safety and HACCP protocols throughout the production process.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished goods to identify any deviations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation to comply with health department regulations.
  • Assist with raw material inventory tracking and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Support the team in cleaning and performing basic preventative maintenance on machinery.
  • Record daily production output and report any equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or relevant vocational training in Food Technology/Culinary Arts.
  • Proven experience in food production, baking, or commercial kitchen environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety (WSH).
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical recipes.
  • Good communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
  • Possession of a valid Food Handler’s certificate (TYPHOID vaccination) is a significant advantage.
