Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial roasting and baking equipment in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Monitor temperature settings, cooking times, and ingredient proportions to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Follow strict Food Safety and HACCP protocols throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished goods to identify any deviations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation to comply with health department regulations.
- Assist with raw material inventory tracking and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Support the team in cleaning and performing basic preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Record daily production output and report any equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or relevant vocational training in Food Technology/Culinary Arts.
- Proven experience in food production, baking, or commercial kitchen environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety (WSH).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical recipes.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Possession of a valid Food Handler’s certificate (TYPHOID vaccination) is a significant advantage.
