Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial sewing machines and equipment efficiently to produce high-quality products according to company specifications.
- Follow sewing patterns and blueprints accurately to ensure correct product construction and design.
- Perform quality control checks on finished goods to identify and rectify any defects or errors immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and factory regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on sewing machinery to prevent downtime.
- Report any material shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK graduates are preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sewing Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Ability to read and interpret basic sewing patterns and technical drawings.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic knowledge of sewing machine operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
