As a Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in master scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize manpower allocation, overtime hours, and work shifts to maximize production throughput.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials, parts, and consumables for daily manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production progress daily, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and production delays.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards (ISO 9001/14001), and 5S workplace organization guidelines on the production floor.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering departments to schedule preventive maintenance and resolve machinery breakdowns swiftly.
- Analyze production data and KPIs (OEE, yield rates, scrap rates) to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations (experience in air filtration or HVAC manufacturing is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and root-cause analysis (DMAIC) methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate shop-floor operators and technicians.
- Highly analytical with robust problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in Shah Alam, Selangor, and flexibility to support overtime operations when required.
