Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop new food and snack products through systematic research and experimentation
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging food trends and consumer preferences

  • Document all research findings, formulations, and testing procedures

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SMK graduate in Food Technology or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Food R&D, preferably in snack products
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve technical challenges
  • Knowledge of food processing techniques, quality control standards, and food safety regulations
  • Creative thinking and innovative approach to product development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
