Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately following established service standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between the kitchen staff and the floor team to ensure seamless communication and timing.
- Verify that each plate matches the order ticket and meets the group's quality and presentation standards before serving.
- Assist the service team with side duties, including table clearing, refilling water, and polishing glassware or cutlery.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu to answer basic guest questions regarding ingredients or allergens.
- Ensure the expo station and pass area are kept clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and relay any issues or feedback to the server or floor manager immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to remain on your feet for long periods and carry heavy trays.
- Excellent communication skills with a basic proficiency in English to assist international guests.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A high level of attention to detail regarding food presentation and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
