Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
- Act as the primary communication link between the kitchen staff and the waitstaff.
- Assist servers in clearing tables and resetting dining areas to ensure a smooth guest turnover.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure all condiments and service items are well-stocked.
- Refill water glasses and assist with basic beverage service as needed.
- Ensure all plates meet the restaurant's presentation standards before they reach the guest.
- Respond quickly to guest requests and relay important information to the relevant Captain or Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to remain on your feet for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills to interact with our international clientele.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Clean and professional personal appearance.
