As a Food Runner, you'll be the vital link between our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring seamless service operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently deliver food orders from kitchen to guest tables while maintaining temperature and presentation standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timing
- Monitor table readiness and coordinate with serving staff for optimal service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, dining spaces, and food preparation zones
- Assist with table setup, bussing, and resetting between guest services
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols consistently
- Support special event operations during peak periods
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
