Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HACCP and GMP systems across production facilities
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective action plans
- Train production staff on food safety protocols and best practices
- Manage supplier qualification and raw material quality control processes
- Stay updated on evolving food safety regulations and industry trends
- Prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and certification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food safety or quality assurance within manufacturing
- HACCP certification and thorough knowledge of GMP standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with food safety audits and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with ISO 22000 or other food management systems
