Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP-based food safety programs
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 22000, and local regulations
- Investigate food safety incidents and implement corrective actions
- Train staff on hygiene practices, allergen control, and sanitation procedures
- Monitor supplier compliance and conduct vendor assessments
- Prepare regulatory documentation and manage certification renewals
- Stay updated on emerging food safety regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food safety or quality assurance
- HACCP certification and knowledge of ISO 22000/FDA standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Experience with food safety documentation systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Valid Food Handler's License preferred
