Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with SFA and HACCP food safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and hygiene audits to maintain facility cleanliness.
- Identify, document, and report potential food safety hazards or non-compliance issues immediately.
- Assist in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding food handling.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure proper storage, labeling, and temperature control of food items.
- Prepare detailed reports on safety inspections and hygiene performance for management review.
- Facilitate basic training for staff members on personal hygiene and food handling best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec, Diploma in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or catering operations.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, or local food hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office) for reporting purposes.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high sense of personal integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
