Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality control inspections of raw materials and finished products
- Implement and monitor HACCP principles and food safety protocols
- Investigate and resolve food safety incidents with corrective action plans
- Train production staff on hygiene standards and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and compliance records
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
- Stay updated on evolving food safety regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in food safety or quality control
- Certification in HACCP or food safety management systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote locations
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
