This pivotal role will safeguard our product integrity by ensuring compliance with international food safety standards while driving continuous improvement in thermal processing protocols. You'll lead cross-functional teams in implementing robust HACCP systems, conduct rigorous audits, and develop crisis management strategies for thermal process deviations. As a key guardian of consumer safety, you'll collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to validate thermal processes, conduct root cause analyses of safety incidents, and implement corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement thermal process safety protocols aligned with ISO 22000, HACCP, and local regulatory requirements
- Lead internal and external audits for thermal processing equipment and procedures
- Validate thermal process lethality calculations and equipment calibration
- Investigate food safety incidents and implement preventive/corrective actions
- Train production staff on thermal process safety procedures and best practices
- Manage food safety documentation and maintain regulatory compliance records
- Collaborate with R&D to optimize thermal processes for product safety and quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in food safety management with thermal processing focus
- Advanced certification in HACCP and thermal processing validation
- Strong knowledge of FDA, FSMA, and Malaysian food safety regulations
- Experience with thermal process authorities (e.g., FDA Process Authority)
- Proficient in food safety software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Fluency in English with strong communication abilities
