Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and enforce food safety protocols, including HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Analyze product data and sensory evaluations to identify areas for improvement in taste, texture, and shelf-life.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Research & Development team to create new food formulations that meet safety and nutritional requirements.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Ensure all production processes adhere to local food safety regulations and international certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or R&D within the food industry.
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid food safety certification or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
