Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular food safety and hygiene audits across food production and service areas to ensure strict compliance with local regulatory guidelines.
- Develop, review, and optimize food safety policies, HACCP plans, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Oversee supplier food safety evaluations and manage quality assurance records for raw ingredients.
- Lead investigations on any food safety-related feedback or incidents, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Design and deliver engaging hygiene training and onboarding programs for kitchen and hospitality staff.
- Liaise closely with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and other regulatory bodies during routine inspections.
- Monitor sanitation protocols, pest control operations, and storage temperature logs systematically.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of quality assurance (QA/QC) or hygiene audit experience, preferably in F&B, manufacturing, or hospitality.
- Certified Food Hygiene Officer (FHO) or possess valid HACCP / ISO 22000 internal auditor qualifications.
- In-depth knowledge of SFA regulations and local food safety frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and train diverse teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a highly proactive approach to problem-solving.
