As a Management Trainee, you will work directly with cross-functional teams, participate in rotational assignments, and contribute to real business challenges. You'll gain deep insight into food safety standards, lean manufacturing principles, and team leadership in a high-volume production environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a rotational program covering production, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain departments
- Assist in monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and product quality
- Support the implementation of food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000)
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for production issues
- Help supervise production teams and coordinate shift schedules
- Prepare reports on production KPIs, yield, and waste reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to scale up new products and optimize formulations
- Engage in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1 year of internship or work experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team
- Keen interest in a career in manufacturing, quality, or operations management
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and in a plant-based environment (Quezon City)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems
