Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met efficiently.
- Implement and enforce strict quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) protocols to maintain product consistency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of production staff to ensure high performance and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate with technical teams for repairs.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, GMP, and local food safety regulations.
- Analyze production data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and finished goods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production setting.
