In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for coordinating your entire station while maintaining seamless communication with both front-of-house and heart-of-the-house personnel. Your primary goal will be to deliver a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations from the moment they arrive until they depart.
You will collaborate closely with our kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery, address any guest concerns with professionalism and care, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere that reflects Chili's commitment to hospitality excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their designated tables with professionalism
- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of menu items, and offer personalized recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Ensure proper presentation and quality of all food and beverages served
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns immediately
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash register operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and station
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience as a food server or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations
- Team-oriented with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service
