Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring positive first impressions
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar staff
- Deliver meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Process payments and operate POS systems with precision
- Monitor table cleanliness and restock supplies proactively
- Resolve guest inquiries or concerns with exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year food service experience in hospitality environments
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic cash handling
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
