Tanggung Jawab
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers with attention to detail
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food presentation and quality
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our Filipino dishes and specials
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using our POS system
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables between customer shifts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally and promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Excellent customer service orientation with a genuine desire to please
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player mentality
- Knowledge of Filipino cuisine and dining culture is a plus
