Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, providing menus and offering beverage recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables while maintaining impeccable presentation standards.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables and service stations are pristine.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
